Conditions
Companies that open a current and/or savings account and apply for K-Contact Center service.
For funds transfers between own Kbank’s accounts that linked to K-Contact Center service can be made up to 10 million Baht daily.
For funds transfers from a savings account to a current account for purpose of cheque payments must be made before 3:30 p.m.
For cheque orders through IVR system can be ordered up to 30 chequebooks per time daily.
For statement requests can be made up to 10 pages per time daily.
Documentation by facsimile may be requested via facsimile or fixed-line telephone. Recipient’s facsimile number must be specified.
Service is available from 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. daily.
